the food was delicious and the food selection was great. the rooms were very spacious. the staff was very accommodating for our request to change our initial rooms and all throughout the stay. the pools were beautiful and some were heated. it turned out great because we went off season.
We were provided with a warm welcome and the promise of champagne. That sadly did not arrive. i had to remind them to note my allergy but this was done immediately after my request and a card provided. there was no beach bag in our room. when this was highlighted to the guest services, we were advised that one would be delivered but sadly this didn't happen.

The service was not good. Many of the staff didn't seem well-trained. drinks took a long time to arrive by the pool. Often, i had to go to the bar myself. (it's quite frustrating!)
